Staying at this Italian hotel in the 'hell' themed room was a unique experience. The facilities were perfect - we enjoyed the gym, sauna, coffee shop, and bar. The location was ideal, and the modern aesthetic and complimentary minibar were a nice touch. Only downside was unexpected room cleaning despite the 'do not disturb' sign. Overall, a great stay with funky decor and friendly staff.

also, the breakfast for vegans was a nice surprise. Only drawback was slow service. 🌺🍃

I was amazed by the retro and creatively designed hotel, featuring heaven and hell-themed floors. The room was cozy with free snacks, a huge shower head, and a lovely terrace. The welcoming staff and central location made our stay special. Only downside was the limited breakfast options.

At my first stay, the staff helped with directions. This place suits me perfectly, with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a Fitness center. I always return for the great amenities and am looking forward to coming back for Christmas.

During our romantic escape, we thoroughly enjoyed the central location of the hotel. Being within walking distance of the train station and major attractions made exploring the city convenient. the area around the hotel was vibrant and filled with local shops, bars, and restaurants, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The spacious rooms, with their quirky angel-themed decorations and comfortable bed, provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the excellent air conditioning, a lifesaver during the hot weather.

One aspect that we disliked was the lack of clarity regarding the garage situation. It was annoying to have to search for parking at 5 am after attending a wedding and receiving rude and unhelpful assistance from the morning staff.

I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for a few days, as it was close to everything. The hotel is just a short 5-10 minute walk from the main train station, making it very convenient for transportation. The location is right in the center of the city, so all the main attractions were within walking distance. The staff, especially Jean Michel, the evening concierge/receptionist, were super nice and very helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a very nice restaurant, bar, and breakfast spot. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a unique Dante's Inferno theme, with both heaven and hell-themed rooms available. The rooms are decorated to perfection and provide a fun and immersive experience. The breakfast offers a fantastic selection of local products, including prosciutto, cheeses, fresh fruits, and baked items. The hotel also offers bike rentals, allowing guests to easily explore the city and its attractions. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Felt that it is secure, nothing too much trouble

Loved the eclectic design inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy, and the Alimentari for aperitivo. The staff gave practical advice without sounding like robotic hotel clones. Also, enjoyed the film lounge and exploring the well-known attractions nearby.

Oh, how delightful it was to find hairs under the bed and have towels taken away without replacements! The cleaning staff must have thought I wanted to experience the authentic Florence dirt.
